It's time to level up. Work with me!

We've been chatting about all things sustainable nutrition for the last 6 weeks.

It's been quite a journey- I know it was for me, the first time I realized I didn't have to be a slave to the latest diet trend in order to be happy with my body. Learning that I could eat in peace, no matter where I was or with whom, and still accomplish my body change and/or strength goals without constantly carrying Tupperware was life-changing to say the least.

But it was also kinda scary at the beginning.

Who am I without a plan? If no one is telling me what's "good" for me and what's "bad" for me... how do I know? Is brown rice better than white rice, or should I just have sweet potatoes, or should I go double asparagus instead? Can I eat every 4h, or should I stick to 3 meals a day, or should I try intermittent fasting? Will I step on the scale and be 8lbs heavier tomorrow? On and on... which is funny, considering that we're ditching "the rules" here.

But, here was the thing, for me at least: what I had been doing- restricting, counting, driving myself insane like Russell Crowe in A Beautiful Mind- wasn't working. I enjoy food and cooking, and counting every last drop really sucked the fun out of it for me. Despite the fact that it took some time, playing detective and finding out what works for me, my body, my lifestyle, and my goals was worth every scale fluctuation, every week of elimination dieting, and every "oh, well, that didn't work" [the title of my autobiography] for me. Although our hormones and our food sensitivities are often moving targets, getting a general idea of how my body and mindset around food work so that I can trust myself to eat well in *ANY* situation has altered my life.

And I'd like to help you do the same.

Together, we will uncover the daily rhythm of your food choices and mindset, where your struggles are, and- most importantly- where your strengths lie. We'll work together to level up your nutrition, so that you, too, are no longer obsessed with food. Or so that you're healthily obsessed with food. Either way. ;)

You'll also get access to exclusive one-on-one nutrition coaching with me and a bag of my go-to post-workout vegan vanilla protein powder (seriously, so good. Not the grainy ish.).

APPLY VIA EMAIL (steph@strongbysteph.com) and let me know....

I'm looking forward to partnering with you!
